    Job Description

We are looking for a full time Client Service Representative to join our team. Experience is preferred but not required.

At VCA Woodland Central Animal Hospital, we take our mission statement – your pet’s health is our top priority and excellent service is our goal – very seriously.   With every opportunity, we aim to exceed each pet owner’s expectations. We’re looking for a personable yet highly professional “service extraordinaire” to join us in delivering our mission to our clients and their pets.

Our hospital has been serving the Tulsa community for over 45 plus years. We are AHAA accredited and believe in providing the best care to our patients. We have a unique culture in our hospital that values each person’s individual skill and personality. There’s something special about you and we are excited to learn more.

As the face of VCA, the Client Service Representative plays a vital role in creating a welcoming experience for clients and their pets while building trust and confidence in our veterinary team. We are seeking a compassionate, organized, and dependable individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.

In this role, you will manage multiple phone lines, schedule appointments efficiently, maintain smooth front desk operations, and provide administrative support to veterinarians and technicians. Success in this position requires strong multitasking abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to remain calm, friendly, and professional under pressure.

    Qualified candidates will possess:

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach.
    • The ability to multitask effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent attendance, punctuality, and reliability.
    • A calm, professional demeanor during busy or stressful situations.
    • A positive attitude and a strong commitment to teamwork.
    • The ability to collaborate effectively with veterinarians, technicians, assistants, kennel staff, and fellow Client Service Representatives.
    • Prior veterinary or animal-related experience is preferred.

    The ideal candidate:

    • Loves working with people and building lasting relationships.
    • Communicates with professionalism, empathy, and compassion.
    • Enjoys staying busy and continuously learning.
    • Is adaptable, organized, and motivated to contribute to a supportive team environment.
    • Finds fulfillment in being part of something bigger than a traditional front desk role.

If you are energized by a dynamic workplace, dedicated to outstanding client service, and passionate about helping both people and pets, we would love to hear from you.

Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
