Healing Arts Veterinary Center is seeking an outgoing Client Service Representative to join our incredible team! As the face of our hospital, our CSRs create first impressions that matter—greeting clients with warmth and compassion while helping build trust in our veterinary team and ensuring every visit feels welcoming and supportive.
In this role, you will manage and schedule appointments, support the daily flow of the hospital, and provide empathetic, high-quality customer service. You’ll multitask between a multi-line phone system and in-person clients, process financial transactions, answer questions, and share helpful information about the services we provide.
This position is ideal for candidates with experience in fast-paced customer service who are friendly, outgoing, detail-oriented, and confident multitaskers. We’re looking for someone who enjoys being part of a collaborative, team-focused environment and takes pride in delivering excellent client experiences.
This is a flexible, full-time position, with 5/8 or 4/10 scheduling options, and availability needed Monday–Friday with every other Saturday.
