What We Are Looking For - We value experienced technicians who take pride in their skills, advocate for patient care, and enjoy working alongside a supportive team.

Minimum Requirements:

• A minimum of 1 year of experience as a veterinary technician/assistant.
• Strong technical skills, including:
• Animal restraint
• Radiology
• Venipuncture
• Medication administration
• Comfort with treatment planning, client education, and detailed documentation
• Team-first mindset and ability to work collaboratively
• Availability for flexible scheduling, including rotating weekends

Credentialed technicians are eligible for additional compensation and license reimbursement.

What We Offer

• Competitive pay based on experience and credentials. Rates of $17-$22/hr for non-credentialed and $20-$25/hr for credentialed technicians.
• Sign-On Bonus of up to $500 paid after the first 90 days with a 1 year clawback
• Flexible scheduling | 5 x 8-hour shifts | Morning, mid, and evening shifts between 7am-7pm during the week and 8am-5pm on weekends

• Up to 40 hours of Paid Vacation (after 90 days) + 3 days Paid Sick Leave
