Description: Animal Medical Clinic is seeking a Veterinary Technician Assistant to join our team.

Role Responsibilities: Serve the critical role of being the liaison between doctors, clients, and patients. Organize, track patient diagnostics. Coordinate hospitalized patient treatment. Prepare patient discharge reports in-hospital updates. Communicate with clients, referring DVMs, and pharmacies as needed regarding appointments, medical concerns, patient updates, and prescriptions. Assist veterinary staff in animal restraint, radiography, and with lab equipment.

Experience & Skills Requirements: Minimum 1 year of veterinary experience. Basic knowledge of veterinary medicine and terminology. Ability to communicate calmly, clearly, and effectively with both staff and clients. Strong verbal and written skills. Strong attention to detail and follow through. Excellent customer service skills and a desire to provide outstanding service to clients. Ability to handle high-stress situations. Flexible weekend availability.
