Veterinary Technician/Experienced Assistant - Anesthesia

This is a full time position/ 40 hours per week, flexible schedule. Rotating weekends and holidays. Additional pay for On-call.

Angell Animal Medical Center is looking for a certified vet technician or experienced vet assistant to join our skilled anesthesia team. We have a  $10,000 sign on bonus for Veterinary Technicians hired into our Anesthesia Department at Angell!

OUR ANESTHESIA DEPARTMENT:

With 3 board certified anesthesiologist, 4 board certified surgeons and 3 resident surgeons, 7 surgical suites, state-of the art monitoring and surgical equipment, this position is perfect for the certified technician who wants to be working in an innovative and challenging environment working alongside the best veterinary doctors in the country.What You Have:

You have a minimum of 2 years of anesthesia specific experience within the veterinary field. You must be a current Certified Veterinary Technician within the state of MA or hold a CVT/LVT in another state and are eligible to transfer your certification to Massachusetts to be hired as a technician. 

COMPENSATION:

Veterinary Assistants starting $24-$29/hour  

Certified Veterinary Technicians starting $29-$34/hr
