You will be involved with client contact through phone calls, email, and in person conversations. Additionally, you will be assisting with endoscopic and ultrasound procedures, filling prescriptions, taking x rays, and obtaining lab samples. Strong anesthesia and phlebotomy skills required. **Veterinary Technician (LVT) Pay:** $24.50 / hour - $35.21 / hour **This pay band is a starting point and is dependent on experience and advancement through Kahuna leveling system** . **We offer a shift differential on nights and weekends as well as competitive pay with opportunities for growth!** **As an Internal Medicine Veterinary** **Technician,** **you will...** + Set up constant rate infusions (CRI). + Calculates all medical math including advanced and CRI (mcg/mg, %/mg,etc.). + Induce, monitor and recover anesthesia + Set up for ultrasound and radiology procedures. + Set up and assist with endoscopic procedures (GI, nasal, urinary, airway). Clean and maintain equipment following procedure. + Discharge IM patients from the hospital, including basic client education such as insulin injection, SQ fluid, and feeding tube demonstrations. + Additional job duties as assigned. **Why** **BluePearl** **?** + Our passion is pets.
