Now Hiring: Experienced Veterinary Technician
Animal Hospital of Los Lunas is seeking an experienced Veterinary Technician to join our growing team!
We are looking for a compassionate, motivated professional who enjoys providing high-quality patient care while building strong relationships with clients and coworkers.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT/CVT/LVT) preferred, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3–5 years of veterinary technician experience
- Strong client communication and education skills
- Ability to discuss treatment plans, surgical procedures, and discharge instructions with confidence and professionalism
- Proficient in:
- Surgical nursing and anesthesia monitoring
- Dental procedures and dental radiography
- IV catheter placement
- Blood collection and laboratory sample preparation
- Patient restraint and nursing care
- Electronic medical record documentation
