Veterinary Technician Radiation Oncology

VCA Capital Area Veterinary Specialists has an exciting opportunity on their RT Oncology Team!

Location:   7958 Shoal Creek Blvd, Austin, TX 78757

Salary: $20 - $24 per hour

Schedule: Monday - Thursday with rotating Fridays. Four 10-hour shifts or five 8-hour shifts. Fridays are half days, 7 am-1 pm

We are looking for a Veterinary Technician or Assistant in Texas, with transferable credentials or VTNE eligible, with experience in Oncology a plus.

You will be partnering with our Radiation Oncologist in the mornings, where you will monitor anesthesia, run CT, perform expert phlebotomy, and physically support your patients.

Experience: Veterinary experience: 1 year (Required)

License/Certification: LVT in TX, transferable credentials, or VTNE eligible (Required)
