- Schedule: Monday - Friday. Weekends off!

Mountain Shadow Veterinary Hospital is searching for an experienced or licensed Veterinary Technician / Client Service Representative to join our dedicated and collaborative team! What You’ll Do as a Veterinary Technician
- Assist veterinarians during exams, treatments, surgeries, and procedures
- Practice low-stress handling techniques to keep patients safe and comfortable
- Support diagnostics, treatments, laboratory testing, and patient care
- Anticipate the needs of veterinarians and support efficient workflow
- Collaborate with teammates to provide exceptional patient care
- Maintain accurate medical records and support hospital operations
- Educate clients and communicate clearly regarding patient care and treatment plans
What You’ll Do as a Client Service Representative
- Welcome clients and patients warmly and professionally
- Support front desk operations with strong attendance and reliability
- Communicate compassionately with clients and coworkers
- Listen to clients and help create a positive, supportive experience
- Support appointment scheduling, client communication, and hospital workflow
- Maintain a positive attitude and team-oriented approach throughout the day
- Continue learning and growing professionally through mentorship and support
