Introduction

The Mission Readiness team is seeking an associate to support daily fleet operations at our test sites in the Las Vegas area. This role involves ensuring on-time vehicle readiness for tests and service operations on the VH6 platform and supporting L3 vehicles when possible. Responsibilities include vehicle upkeep, test site organization, and parts inventory management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2 - 4 years of work experience
  • Valid driver's license with a clean/excellent driving record
  • Ability to travel locally and nationally (less than 30%)
  • Proven ability to problem solve and deliver in high-pressure situations
  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks
  • Pass a background check, MVR check, and drug screen
  • Must comply with the Substance Abuse Policy
  • Prior work experience at client or in client's industry

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

  • Technical trade school certificate or Associate Degree in automotive repair
  • Proficiency with Jira/Confluence
  • Proficiency with MS Office/Google Suites
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Support company milestones and optimize drive operations across multiple locations
  • Ensure vehicles, equipment, and workplace are clean and ready for use
  • Provide logistical support for the movement and storage of vehicles and equipment
  • Perform routine charging of test vehicles and supporting equipment
  • Execute mission prep procedures, including software deployment and configuration verification
  • Support the readiness of spare parts and associated inventory
  • Provide support as a member of the Incident Response Team during vehicle recovery scenarios
