Develop and implement departmental education vision and infrastructure.
Establish a dermatology residency program.
Build internal and external relationships to inspire and promote academic collaborations across the health system.
Promote and provide a teaching environment of the highest quality and integrity.
Foster education programs of national distinction through innovation and collaboration.
Mentor medical students, residents, fellows, and faculty.
Engage in teaching activities for students, residents, and fellows.
Participate in appropriate department and/or College committees as well as professional organizations as appropriate.
Research or other scholarly work.
