Overview
The Vice President, Analytics and Insights is a senior leadership role responsible for defining and executing enterprise-wide data, analytics, and insights strategy across commercial operations and portfolio planning across North America. This role operates at the intersection of business strategy, advanced analytics, and digital transformation, enabling data-driven decision-making across Sales, Marketing, Market Access, Medical Affairs and Finance. This role reports directly to the President and General Manager of RRD North America and is a member of the North America Leadership Team.
As a trusted advisor to executive leadership, this role translates complex data ecosystems into actionable insights that influence enterprise direction, optimize performance, and deliver measurable business and patient outcomes. The VP will architect and scale a modern analytics organization, advancing forecasting, analytics, predictive intelligence and AI-enabled decision-making.

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. Disclaimer
Base Salary Range: $212,000 to $328,000 annually. The base salary range represents the Companys good-faith estimate of the compensation range for this position at the time of posting. The actual base salary offered may vary based on factors including the candidates qualifications, relevant experience, skills, internal equity, business needs, and geographic location, where applicable.Annual Incentive: This position is eligible to participate in the Companys annual bonus program, subject to the terms of the applicable plan and individual eligibility requirements.
