Position Overview

Seeking a banking professional to drive deposit and loan growth through relationship development, networking, and business development efforts within the association/property management banking sector. This role focuses on building strong client partnerships, identifying new market opportunities, and delivering high-quality financial solutions and customer service.

Location: Remote
Target Markets
: Carolinas, Arizona, Nevada, Denver, Washington State, and New England
Portfolio Experience Preferred
: $50MM+ portfolio management experience

Core Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to grow business relationships and expand market presence
  • Build referral networks and maintain relationships with key industry contacts and centers of influence
  • Generate deposit and loan growth while supporting overall business objectives
  • Stay informed on industry trends, banking technology, and client service improvements
  • Provide consultative support to clients regarding banking and treasury management solutions
  • Ensure exceptional client service and relationship management

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered
  • 5+ years of experience in banking, treasury management, or business development
  • Strong record of achieving sales and growth targets
  • Knowledge of banking operations, regulations, and financial products

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with ACH, lockbox, remote deposit, and online banking platforms
  • Understanding of the property management industry and related regulations
  • Strong communication, organizational, and client relationship skills
  • Results-driven with a consultative approach to business development
