As the Vice President, Business Capability Owner, you will be accountable for the end-to-end lifecycle, performance and strategic value realization of clinical and operational technology platforms supporting Home and Community Care Delivery (H&CCD) service lines and operations. This role serves as the primary business owner and critical bridge among business stakeholders, clinical operators and technology teams, translating care delivery needs into product strategies, business requirements and digital solutions that improve patient outcomes, clinician experience, regulatory compliance and operational efficiency.

For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.
Primary Responsibilities:
Serve as the end-to-end business owner and voice for clinical and operational technology platforms across H&CCD service lines
Define and communicate the capability vision and strategy aligning with enterprise clinical, operational and financial priorities
Develop and maintain short, mid and long term roadmaps that connect platform investments to measurable business and clinical outcomes
Own and prioritize the product backlog based on business value, clinical value, regulatory urgency and technical considerations, while ensuring readiness for Agile delivery teams
Lead strategic value realization by establishing success measures for adoption, outcomes and efficiency, monitoring performance and continuously optimizing capabilities
Serve as the primary liaison among H&CCD executives, clinical leaders, end users, technology teams and third party vendors, driving alignment across competing priorities
Translate regulatory changes, clinical workflow needs and operational requirements into product requirements and system enhancements
Guide the implementation, configuration and optimization of clinical systems and interoperability capabilities across provider, payer and risk bearing entity networks
Apply product design thinking to improve clinical and operational workflows, including documentation, care coordination, transitions, revenue cycle and billing
Embed artificial intelligence capabilities into clinical workflows with a focus on usability, clinician burden reduction, care quality and business value

Required Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in product ownership, product management, Agile delivery or related business and technology leadership roles
10+ years of experience working in Agile and Scrum environments with cross functional teams
8+ years of demonstrated ownership of the technology product lifecycle, including vision, roadmap, delivery and optimization
Solid domain knowledge across Home and Community care settings, including home and facility based care
Experience with hospital discharge, care transitions and evaluation and treatment in home care settings preferred
Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks impacting longitudinal care for DSNP members, home based primary care, post acute care and home health
Knowledge of CMS reimbursement models and reporting requirements, OASIS for home health and MDS for skilled nursing facilities
Familiarity with leading EHR and EMR platforms and health information exchanges, including Epic, Athenahealth, PointClickCare, Axxess and WellSky
Experience with provider to provider interoperability at scale, ideally across payer or risk bearing entity networks
Understanding of clinical workflows, including nursing and therapy documentation, care coordination, transitions, revenue cycle and billing

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $200,400 to $343,500 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
