We are looking for an established Vice President, Business Development, Beauty & Consumer Goods who specializes in beauty, wellness, cosmetics & consumer goods. The ideal candidate has a background in 3PL, is highly driven, and a results-oriented sales leader with a proven track record of acquiring and growing new business within the third-party logistics (3PL) industry. This strategic role is focused on expanding the company’s presence within the beauty, cosmetics, skincare, wellness, and consumer packaged goods (CPG) sectors by developing and managing high-value client relationships and delivering customized logistics solutions.
The ideal candidate brings a minimum of 10 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, and business development within the 3PL space, along with a strong understanding of the unique operational demands of beauty and consumer brands, including omnichannel fulfillment, retail compliance, inventory visibility, subscription fulfillment, product launches, and direct-to-consumer (DTC) distribution.
This individual will play a critical role in driving aggressive growth initiatives, expanding market share, and positioning the company as a premier 3PL partner for emerging and established beauty and consumer goods brands.
This position is remote working hours, Monday - Friday 9 am-6 pm
