This role is pivotal in the creation and management of sustainable and profitable claims administration partnerships with insurance carriers, managing general agents, and captive managers. The successful candidate will be responsible for independently pursuing new business, developing and executing multi-year target account strategies, and engaging with key prospects to ensure the growth and success of the business. This includes representing the company brand in the marketplace, maintaining a strong industry presence, and driving sales growth to meet or exceed targets. The role demands a professional with a proven track record in sales, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to build and maintain senior-level client relationships.Candidates for the Vice President - Business Development position should have a Bachelor's degree in business, risk management, insurance, or a related field, with a minimum of 7 years of experience in sales roles within the insurance industry.
