Primary Function ----------------
The Vice President serves as the operational architect for the Center on Extremism, Center on Technology and Society, and Law Enforcement teams, integrating editorial and analysis output, partnerships and technology into a cohesive, high-performing intelligence enterprise. This position acts as a key advisor to the SVP, Counter-Extremism & Intelligence, translating high-level strategic priorities into executable initiatives that drive organizational growth, mitigate risk, and strengthen infrastructure. Additionally, the VP leads the seamless delivery of intelligence and insights by modernizing workflows, fostering strong external partnerships, and ensuring deep collaboration across departments to position the agency for sustainable growth.

ADL is a hybrid environment; this role may require 3 days in the office.
Compensation ------------
This position has a salary range of $180,000 to $200,000. This salary range is reflective of a position based in New York, NY. Compensation for this role may include a base salary as well as other variable pay. Please note that actual salaries are commensurate with experience and reflect the budget for a given position, and since ADL has a location-based compensation structure, there may be a different range for candidates in other locations.
