This full-time Vice President, Civil Engineer role is based in Tamuning, Guam and involves leading civil and transportation projects within the West Transportation Team. Relocation to Guam is required.
The role provides strategic leadership, oversees complex civil engineering projects, ensures regulatory compliance, and supports business development. Responsibilities include project review, budgeting, team management, client engagement, and technical innovation. The VP will mentor staff, lead negotiations, and foster client relationships while maintaining safety standards.
Requirements include a Bachelor's in Engineering, 12+ years of civil/infrastructure experience, an engineering license (Guam preferred), advanced technical skills, and leadership abilities. Preferred qualifications include a Master’s degree and multi-project management experience. Compensation ranges from $170,000 to $250,000.
