Vice President, Client Coverage

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Client Coverage to join our Wealth Management team. This role is located in Seattle, WA.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

• Develop and manage strong relationships with key clients by understanding their needs and applying financial services expertise.
• Partner with internal teams to deliver tailored service and solutions that support client satisfaction and retention.
• Identify business development and cross-sell opportunities by staying current on market trends and client requirements.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries and issues, resolving them promptly and effectively.
• Prepare and present client reports and performance analyses with recommendations to improve service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations by following best practices and maintaining current knowledge.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3-8 years of relevant experience.
• Strong client relationship management skills with the ability to build trust and credibility.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey information to clients and stakeholders.
• Analytical skills to assess client needs and market opportunities and support informed decision-making.
