We're seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Client Implementations II to join our Alternative Investment Services team. In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

• Lead and control complex onboarding projects following all governance standards.
• Manage client relationships effectively through a comprehensive understanding of the client's business needs and expectations.
• Maintain strong working relationships with the service delivery teams within BNY.
• Facilitate internal discussions around changes to the operating model and follow up with internal teams to ensure all required signoffs are received.
• Escalate appropriately and manage issues until resolved.

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

• Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
• 5-7 plus years of total work experience preferred
• Strong theoretical knowledge and a good understanding of alternative fund administration and how services are delivered.
• Experience working within one or more of the core Alternative Investment Services functions - Fund Accounting & Transfer Agency , Custody and Trustee.
• A consistent ability to deliver within deadlines, even under challenging circumstances while managing client expectations.
• Collaborative team member with demonstrable skills in developing effective relationships with internal teams and clients.
• Ability to adapt and act quickly to drive change by advocating innovative solutions and new ways of thinking.
