Job Summary

Assist in the development, implementation and monitoring of office strategic initiatives, goals and objectives. Responsible for the overall operations of one or more business units inclusive of workflows, policies and procedures and work quality. Position will be hybrid in our CT office 2-3 days per week.

Job Description

We’re looking for a strategic and people-focused leader to join our team as Vice President, Client Services. This role will lead business operations, drive client satisfaction, and develop high-performing teams in a fast-paced insurance environment.

What you’ll do: Lead and develop a high-performing client services team

  • Drive operational excellence, workflows, and performance metrics
  • Partner with leadership on strategic initiatives and business growth
  • Build strong relationships with clients, carriers, and stakeholders
  • Oversee compliance, risk management, and continuous improvement efforts

  • Proven leadership experience in client services, operations, or insurance & Financial Services
  • Strong background in team leadership, strategy, and execution
  • Ability to influence, problem solve, and drive results in a complex environment
