With a development pipeline of roughly $3.8–4 billion, you’ll have the resources and backing to deliver large-scale, high-impact projects that will define your legacy in the commercial real estate space.

Lead ground-up and value-add development from site control through delivery across CIG’s hospitality and multifamily pipeline.

Own entitlements, design and construction oversight, budgets and pro formas, and joint-venture-partner execution in CIG’s key markets.

What you’ll do

Lead the full development lifecycle: site selection and acquisition, due diligence, entitlements, design, construction, and lease-up/stabilization or sale.

Manage entitlements and approvals (zoning, land use, permitting) and relationships with municipalities and consultants.

Own development pro formas and budgets; track cost, schedule, and returns against underwriting and manage value engineering.

Oversee design and construction teams (architects, engineers, general contractors); manage bidding, buyout, change orders, and draw approvals.

Structure and manage joint-venture partnerships with capital and operating partners, including partner reporting and governance.

Coordinate with CRE Capital Markets on construction financing, draws, and permanent take-out.

Manage project risk across schedule, budget, scope, insurance, and entitlement contingencies.

Advance ESG/sustainability and design standards consistent with the Magnifica brand.

What you’ll need

  • 10+ years in CRE development with delivered ground-up and value-add projects (hospitality and/or multifamily).
  • Command of entitlements, design/construction management, budgeting, and development pro formas.
  • Experience managing JV partners, consultants, and general contractors.
  • Strong development modeling and cost/schedule control.
  • Experience in CIG’s active markets (Central Florida, New York City, Beverly Hills, Dallas, Miami).
  • Hospitality and luxury / branded-residential development experience.
  • LEED or comparable sustainability credential or track record.
  • Familiarity with construction financing and draw administration.
  • Established general-contractor, architect, and municipal relationships in target markets.
