A top contractor is looking for the executive who can lead owner-side construction across its Ohio River program.
The mandate:
• Own contracts, bid packaging, risk, phasing, and CM/GC accountability
• Lead multiple heavy civil/hydropower projects
• Build and lead the in-house construction team

We're looking for:
• Project Executive or senior construction leadership experience
• Heavy civil, marine, or hydropower background
• Dams, locks, powerhouses, cofferdams, or in-water concrete experience
