This role offers significant exposure to high-profile IPOs, senior corporate executives, and cross-functional leadership across the Firm.

Responsibilities:

> Coordinate across Legal, Compliance, Operations, Service Center, Wealth Management Technology, and other internal partners to ensure successful program execution and best-in-class client experience

> Partner with Technology to support DSP platform enhancements, functionality, and issue resolution

> Maintain reporting databases, client records, and relationship management systems

> Develop client presentations, marketing materials, and executive reporting

> Support audit, regulatory, and compliance requirements

Why Join the Team?

This role offers a unique opportunity to work on some of the Firm's most prominent IPO transactions while partnering with senior leaders across Investment Banking, Equity Capital Markets, and Wealth Management. You'll play a critical role in delivering innovative solutions to corporate clients and helping shape a highly visible business that sits at the center of Morgan Stanley's integrated platform.

> Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
