    Description

    Forvia Hella is seeking our next great Vice President - Energy Management to join our growing product team. The primary function of this role is to provide leadership, market vision, and regional financial ownership for a dynamic and diverse product portfolio. This individual will be joining a well established and global team that is heavily involved in next generation automotive initiatives.

    Responsibilities

    • Lead the Product Center Energy Management portfolio (ICE, Hybrid, EV), including strategy, development, industrialization, and lifecycle management of energy management solutions.
    • Own full P&L responsibility, driving profitable growth, operational excellence, and strategic investments.
    • Define and execute product and market strategies aligned with industry trends in electrification, energy efficiency, smart power distribution, and software-defined vehicles.
    • Serve as the executive interface to key OEM customers, leading acquisition activities, product placement, RFQs, and strategic partnerships.
    • Oversee regional programs, ensuring excellence in quality, cost, timing, and customer satisfaction.
    • Foster a high-performance culture focused on innovation, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
