Vice President, External Product Specialist w/Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC in NY, NY. Help establish & manage relationships w/external mgrs, incl new product dvlpmnt & coord of external sales prof'ls, as well as source & originate new alternative investment offerings to meet client demand & address current mrkt opptys. Structure partnerships w/external mgrs, coordinating w/internal & external counsel & managing legal negotiation to protect firm & client interests. Serve as an alternative investment strategist, helping establish team view on current private market trends & opptys & providing insight to clients & internal GS constituents. Reqs: Bach deg (U.S. or foreign equiv) in Economics, Business Admin, Finance, Accntng, Math, or a rel field & five (5) yrs of exp in the job offered or in a rel role. Domestic trvl req'd about 10% of the time to visit clients & alternative asset mgrs to enable continued growth of the business. All trvl costs covered by Firm. Job Code: 4505808.
