The Vice President of Facilities will provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for all facilities management functions across Experience Senior Living’s portfolio of communities. This executive will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive facilities strategy that ensures exceptional building performance, safety, regulatory compliance, and a best-in-class resident experience.
This leader will partner closely with Operations, Development, Asset Management, Health & Wellness, and Finance to ensure communities are maintained to the highest standards while optimizing capital investments and operating expenses. The VP of Facilities will also play a critical role in supporting new community openings, developing preventative maintenance programs, and building scalable systems and vendor partnerships to support ESL’s continued growth.
The ideal candidate is a strategic facilities leader who combines strong operational execution with the ability to build programs, processes, and standards that elevate both property performance and resident satisfaction.
