We are representing a Vice President of Finance opportunity with a profitable, private equity-backed business headquartered in Southern New Jersey. This organization has established itself as a market leader within its niche and is entering an exciting phase of growth through both strategic acquisitions and organic expansion. The company is seeking a hands-on finance leader who can serve as a strategic business partner while elevating the accounting and finance function.

• Highly visible position with significant influence on the future direction of the business

Requirements:

\n

• \n
• 10+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience
• \n
• CPA and/or public accounting background strongly preferred
• \n
• Experience as a Controller, VP of Finance, or CFO with the ability to operate both strategically and hands-on
• \n
• Strong technical accounting knowledge, including GAAP and external audit management
• \n
• Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives and partnering with executive leadership
• \n
• Prior experience within a private equity-backed or middle-market company is highly preferred
• \n
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, and team development skills
• \n
