Vice President of Finance

Key Responsibilities for the Vice President of Finance:
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and variance analysis
• Deliver monthly/quarterly reporting and KPI dashboards for executive leadership
• Partner with accounting to ensure accurate financials and timely close processes
• Oversee cash flow forecasting, working capital, and treasury support
• Support debt management, lender reporting, and covenant tracking
• Drive financial insights and decision support across business functions

Qualifications for the Vice President of Finance:
• 8+ years of progressive experience in finance, FP&A, or corporate finance
• Strong background in financial modeling, reporting, and controls
• Experience in private or mid-sized company environments (PE-backed preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree required; CPA, MBA, or similar credentials preferred
