The Maintenance Support Technician assists the Facility Manager with tasks related to relocating a manufacturing facility. This role involves dismantling and reassembling facility components including storage racks, office cubicles, and floor tiles and loading materials onto skids for safe and organized transport. This role requires strong attention to safety, the ability to perform physical labor, and the flexibility to support general maintenance activities as needed. \n \nAre You Looking to: \n\n Support facility relocation activities by dismantling, labeling, staging, and reassembling components such as storage racks, shelving, office cubicles, workstations, and raised/floor tiles. \n Load, skid, wrap, and secure materials for transport to ensure safe, organized movement and to prevent damage. \n Operate and safely use hand and power tools (e.g., drills, impact drivers, saws, wrenches) to complete teardown and reinstallation tasks. \n Assist with basic facility maintenance as needed (minor repairs, painting, patching, mounting, moving equipment/materials). \n \nAre you Ready To: \n\n Maintain a clean and safe work area using 5S / housekeeping practices; remove debris and dispose of waste properly. \n Follow all safety policies, including use of PPE, lockout/tagout awareness as applicable, and safe lifting/material-handling practices. \n Communicate status, issues, and material needs to the Facility Manager and support coordination with internal teams and external movers/contractors. \n Perform other duties as assigned to support relocation timelines and facility needs. \n \nWhat You'll Need:\n\n High school diploma or GED (or equivalent practical experience).\n 1+ year experience in maintenance support, facilities, warehouse/material handling, construction, or industrial environment work.\n Demonstrated ability to safely use hand and power tools and perform physical work in a manufacturing/warehouse setting.\n Basic ability to read and follow work instructions, labels, layouts, and safety procedures.\n \nWork Opportunity\n \nBel will only employ those who are legally authorized to work in the United States.
