    POSITION SUMMARY The Vice President for Enrollment Management and Student Success is the College's senior executive responsible for building a coordinated, data-informed enrollment operation and strengthening student persistence from first inquiry through graduation. Reporting directly to the President, the Vice President provides strategic and operational leadership for recruitment, admissions, financial aid coordination, enrollment clearance, yield, retention, student-success analytics, and the Steer Student Success Network.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: (1) Enrollment Strategy, Planning, and Accountability; (2) Recruitment, Admissions, and Enrollment Marketing; (2) Financial Aid, Affordability, and Student Clearance; (4) Retention, Persistence, and the Steer Student Success Network; (5) Data Technology, Compliance, and Process Improvement; (6) People, Budget, Culture and External Representation.

    QUALIFICATIONS: Required - Master's degree from an accredited institution in higher education, enrollment management, student affairs, business, public administration, education, or a related field. Preferred: Terminal Degree; at least eight years of progressively responsible experience in enrollment management, admissions, financial aid, student success, registrar/enrollment services, or a closely related higher-education function, including meaningful supervisory responsibility; demonstrated success improving enrollment outcomes, conversion/yield, retention, student service, or related institutional performance measures; working knowledge of the full enrollment funnel, financial aid processes, student information systems, CRM practices, data analysis, compliance, and budget management; strong executive communication, judgment, integrity, organizational leadership, and ability to work effectively with students, families, faculty, staff, trustees, and external partners; ability to manage both long-range strategy and hands-on execution in a small, resource-conscious institution where priorities may shift quickly. Preferred - earned doctorate or other terminal degree; senior enrollment leadership experience at a small private college, HBCU, faith-based institution, tuition-dependent institution, or college undergoing enrollment transformation; experience integrating admissions, financial aid, registrar/enrollment services, retention, and student-success functions; evidence of success with transfer, adult, online, international, church-based, regional, or other emerging student markets; experience with Jenzabar or comparable student information systems and modern enrollment CRM platforms.
