The Vice President Global Finance - Operations and Supply Chain will be a key member of the executive leadership team in the global operations team. This person will report to the Chief Financial Officer directly, and work as a strategic business partner to the Chief Operating Officer. The VP Global Finance will develop and execute on strategic plans aligned with the organization's global objectives.

Description

The Vice President Global Finance - Operations and Supply Chain will be a key member of the executive leadership team in the global operations team. This person will report to the Chief Financial Officer directly, and work as a strategic business partner to the Chief Operating Officer. The VP Global Finance will develop and execute on strategic plans aligned with the organization's global objectives. This person will have a team of 40-50 people globally.

• Partner with the COO and executive leadership on strategic plans short and long term that support growth, profitability, and operational effectiveness
• Lead global financial strategy to achieve annual financial goals across manufacturing, supply chain and procurement
• Responsible for all budgeting, forecasting, annual operating plan, and financial planning as it related to the operations and supply chain organization globally
• Provide recommendations to the COO and executive leadership team based on actionable financial insights
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reports - monthly, quarterly, and annually
• In charge of all financial audit issues internal and external, and finding and mediating financial risks
• Ensure compliance and financial integrity and alignment with regulatory requirements
• Partner with COO and other cross functional leaders across procurement, supply chain, operations and manufacturing to enhance and improve on time delivery, quality, navigating a complex supply chain and supplier network
• Provide strong mentoring and development of direct team members investing in their growth and development
• Improve cost and financial performance while also looking at strategic investments aligned with the corporate strategy
• Build and lead a high-performing global finance organization
• Drive cost efficiency across logistics, warehousing, and manufacturing operations
• Partner with Supply Chain on S&OP, inventory optimization, and network footprint decisions
• Support AI and digital transformation efforts and implementation

Profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics or similar required
• MBA and/or CPA/CMA highly preferred
• Minimum 15 years of experience in FP&A, Manufacturing Finance, Controllership related roles supporting operations and supply chain
• Minimum 3 years of experience is a Sr. Financial Leadership position leading a global team
• Prior experience in public accounting highly preferred - Big 4
• Ability and proven track record working with various departments - sales, finance, accounting, HR, engineering, manufacturing, etc.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing operational improvements to increase revenues, decrease costs and improve cash flow
• Must have prior experience working for a global publicly traded organization
• Proficient with all Microsoft Office applications and products, business intelligence systems
• Extensive knowledge and experience working with large ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, etc.
• SAP, HFM experience highly preferred
• Strong with US GAAP and SOX
• Business minded and strong team player mentality
• Strong communication skills written and verbal
• M&A experience preferred

Job Offer

Competitive base salary $325,000 - $375,000 depending on experience, annual bonus (up to 2x), long term incentive, full benefits, 401K, vacation, holidays. Being a part of a global manufacturing leader that has an exceptional company culture and reputation.
