We are seeking a visionary reward leader to define and deliver the next chapter of our global Total Rewards and Executive Compensation strategy.

Reporting to the Chief People & Culture Officer, this highly visible executive role sits at the intersection of business strategy, talent, governance and performance. You''ll advise senior executives and the Remuneration Committee, shape executive compensation decisions, and create globally coherent reward frameworks that drive attraction, retention and long-term value creation across the enterprise.

As Vice President, Global Total Rewards & Executive Compensation, you will lead the strategic direction of compensation, benefits, executive reward, wellbeing, recognition and mobility programmes across a global organisation. Working closely with the Executive Leadership Team, Finance, Legal and People & Culture leaders, you''ll provide strategic counsel on executive compensation, oversee global reward programmes and drive the evolution of a modern, data-driven Total Rewards function.

This role will also play a key part in organisational transformation, M&A activity, governance and future capital market readiness initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead executive compensation programmes, incentive design and Remuneration Committee support.
  • Oversee global compensation frameworks, market benchmarking, pay equity and job architecture.
  • Shape competitive benefits, wellbeing, recognition and mobility programmes.
  • Establish effective governance, compliance and risk management frameworks across all regions.
  • Use analytics and workforce insights to inform reward decisions and investment priorities.
  • Lead reward-related aspects of transformation, M&A and organisational change initiatives.
  • Develop and lead a high-performing global Total Rewards team.

About You

You are an experienced Total Rewards executive with the credibility and strategic capability to influence at the highest levels of an organisation.

You''ll bring:

  • Significant global Total Rewards leadership experience within a complex international organisation.
  • Deep expertise in executive compensation, incentive design, compensation strategy and reward governance.
  • Experience working with Executive Leadership Teams, Boards and Remuneration Committees.
  • Strong commercial acumen and the ability to connect reward strategy to business performance.
  • Expertise in compensation planning, market benchmarking, pay equity and reward analytics.
  • Experience leading transformation, M&A integration or IPO readiness initiatives.
  • Outstanding stakeholder management, influencing and leadership skills.

Why Join Us?

This is an opportunity to shape reward strategy on a global scale, influence executive decision-making and lead programmes that impact employees around the world.

You''ll partner with senior leaders, contribute to significant transformation initiatives and help define how reward supports growth, performance and long-term value creation.

Ready to Make an Impact?

If you''re excited by the opportunity to shape executive compensation strategy and lead the future of global rewards, we''d love to hear from you.
