Life Science business is a global organization delivering integrated solutions and services to private-sector clients worldwide. We provide complete lifecycle services encompassing planning, architecture, engineering, project delivery, construction management, commissioning, operations and maintenance, asset management, and strategic consulting.

The Life Science business seeks internal interested candidates for the Vice President, Growth & Sales, Global Life Sciences to lead and execute the global growth strategy for the business. This executive leadership role is responsible for accelerating revenue growth, expanding strategic client relationships, strengthening market position, and driving commercial performance across the Global Life Sciences portfolio.

Reporting directly to the SVP of AF Global Businesses, Grow & Strategy, the Vice President will serve as a member of the leadership team and partner closely with operations, strategy, finance, and sales leaders to advance the organization's growth agenda. This role will identify emerging opportunities, influence investment priorities, and align growth strategies across regions, markets, and services.

As a senior executive, you will establish a vision for growth, champion innovative client solutions, and drive commercial excellence across the business. You will lead the global sales and growth organization, oversee strategic pursuits, and engage directly with C-suite clients, industry partners, and key market influencers to strengthen Jacobs' competitive position and long-term success.

This role is accountable for shaping and executing the Global Life Sciences growth agenda, connecting market strategy, client development, sales leadership, and commercial performance to accelerate profitable growth across regions and services.

This role will be responsible for:

• Develop and execute the global growth strategy for the Life Sciences business, aligned with corporate objectives.
• Drive profitable revenue growth through strategic account development, market expansion, and service diversification.
• Serve as executive sponsor for key clients and major pursuits, building and maintaining C-suite relationships.
• Lead and mentor regional growth and sales leaders, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Partner with operations leadership to align commercial priorities and delivery capabilities.
• Provide strategic oversight for major pursuits, including capture strategy, positioning, pricing, and risk assessments.
• Lead go/no-go and investment decisions for strategic opportunities.
• Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic partnerships, acquisitions, and growth investments.
• Establish performance metrics and drive accountability for growth, pipeline, and win-rate objectives.
• Champion Jacobs' BeyondZero culture and represent the company through industry organizations, conferences, and client engagements.
• Foster collaboration across Global Integrated Delivery (GID), Advanced Facilities, and other business units to deliver integrated client solutions.

Here's what you'll need

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 15+ years of leadership experience in Life Sciences, Advanced Facilities, engineering, construction, consulting, or related industries.
• Proven success developing and executing growth strategies that drive significant revenue expansion.
• Extensive experience within the Life Sciences sector, including pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, or advanced manufacturing markets.
• Demonstrated ability to build executive-level client relationships and secure major business opportunities.
• Experience leading complex sales organizations, strategic pursuits, and large client account programs.
• Strong business and financial acumen, including forecasting, pricing strategy, and performance management.
• Successful track record influencing senior stakeholders and leading in matrixed organizations.
• Established industry reputation and professional network.

The base salary range for this position is $1.00 to $1.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
