Corporate Vice President of Hospitality – Workforce Housing
Location: Houston, TX ( preferred- open to Hybrid 50%+ travel)

Vector Talent Solutions is a veteran-owned workforce solutions firm dedicated to helping organizations identify, attract, and hire top talent. We are currently seeking a Corporate Vice President of Operations/Hospitality for a client with a national workforce housing portfolio.
The Vice President of Operations will lead operational strategy, financial performance, and service delivery across a portfolio of more than 14,000 beds in the continental United States and Alaska. This executive will oversee hospitality, food services, labor efficiency, and facilities maintenance while partnering with corporate finance to strengthen profitability and deliver consistent service across remote and urban locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct operational performance, service standards, and P&L results across regional and site-level operations.
- Partner with the Corporate Controller and finance leadership to review financial statements, address budget variances, develop forecasts, and evaluate major capital expenditures.
- Establish document control and reporting processes that provide accurate, timely visibility into operational, maintenance, and project costs.
- Maintain organized digital records of invoices, receipts, and change orders to support financial reporting and audit readiness.
- Oversee the execution, compliance, and renewal of corporate lodging contracts. Monitor service delivery against contract terms, protect margins, and ensure services outside the contracted scope are billed appropriately.
- Serve as an executive escalation point for clients regarding service-level commitments.
- Manage food and labor costs through menu planning, portion controls, and staffing schedules aligned with occupancy.
- Negotiate national agreements with food distributors, parts suppliers, and trade contractors.
- Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for buildings, HVAC systems, and utilities, including facility preservation in remote and extreme-weather environments.
- Implement and monitor computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) to improve work-order tracking and repair times.
- Standardize hospitality, catering, facilities, and Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) practices across the portfolio.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience managing large-scale workforce housing, corporate lodging, or remote camp services.
- Proven success overseeing a decentralized portfolio of 10,000+ beds or units.
- Experience managing complex B2B client contracts and multi-million-dollar P&Ls.
- Strong background in multi-site facilities operations, labor budgeting, and operational cost management.
- Advanced skills in contract negotiation, document control, and project cost accounting.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with corporate finance leaders, clients, and cross-functional teams.
- Experience with document management systems, ERP platforms, CMMS tools, and labor management software.
- Ability to travel up to 50% nationally, including visits to remote sites.
Work Environment
This role is based in Houston, Texas, and requires oversight of operations across the continental United States and Alaska. Local candidates or those willing to relocate to Houston are preferred.
