    Position Summary

    A VP of Integrated Modular Solutions leads the strategy, development, and execution of offsite construction processes. The role will oversee estimating, design integration, manufacturing, vendor management, and implement technology (BIM/VDC, automation) to improve efficiency and quality, driving revenue growth through innovative, cost-effective modular solutions while managing teams and client relationships.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute prefabrication strategies, set goals, and provide leadership to the estimating and preconstruction teams.
    • Implement lean construction principles, new technologies (BIM, VDC), and workflows to optimize fabrication and assembly.
    • Identify opportunities, manage client/architect/subcontractor relationships, and contribute to winning bids.
    • Oversee budgeting, cost estimating, value engineering, and procurement for modular components.
    • Bridge design, engineering, operations, and field teams to ensure seamless integration of prefab elements.
    • Ensure manufactured products meet quality standards and manage risks associated with offsite construction.
    • Performs other duties as needed to support projects, operations, and the department.
