Overview
Selby Jennings is partnered with a growing middle-market investment banking platform with an established track record across M&A advisory, capital raising, and strategic transactions. The firm has completed several hundred transactions historically and is known for running highly institutional sell-side and buy-side processes.
The firm is currently investing heavily in building out its software M&A practice in Silicon Valley, anchored by a senior banker who joined from a leading technology focused investment bank. Their Bay Area office is home to the Head of Technology Investment Banking, along with a team of sharp, execution focused bankers working across active mandates.
This is a true build out within an already scaled platform, creating a rare opportunity to join early, work directly with senior leadership, and play a meaningful role in shaping the growth of the technology franchise. The team operates in a lean structure with strong deal flow expectations, offering significant ownership across transactions, direct client exposure, and broader responsibility beyond a traditional execution seat.
