    Description

    The Loan Officer, Sandy Team Lead will champion the growth of CCBank's market share of loans and deposits in the Sandy branch. This position is an individual production role as well as a leadership role mentoring and collaborating with other loan officers and lending support staff in the branch. This position involves annual budgeting/forecasting for the branch and is a critical player/coach in driving the overall success of the branch. This position also partners closely with the retail banking management team to enhance CCBank's market share in depository and other relationship solutions.

    The Loan Officer, Sandy Team Lead will work directly with existing and prospective clients of the bank to efficiently manage relationships, source and develop lending opportunities, and underwrite and close loan requests, while ensuring that the bank is forming comprehensive relationships with our clients.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Lead the growth and market share expansion of the Sandy branch for CCBank.
    • Mentor and collaborate closely with branch lending staff.
    • Partner effectively with retail banking management in the branch.
    • Engage with customers to determine loan needs.
    • Interview loan applicants.
    • Collect and process loan applications and documentation.
    • Evaluate credit and analyze financial documentation.
    • Advise clients on loan policies and restrictions.
    • Prepare loan proposals for credit approval with the support of the credit department.
    • Coordinate with internal team members and third-party vendors to complete closing due diligence and meet scheduled closing dates.
    • Maintain and update client account records.
    • Monitor and manage existing customer portfolio.
    • Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal laws.
    • Perform any other duties as assigned.
