Demonstratd Exprtise (quant exp reqs not applicble to this sectn): Identifyg & executg M&A transactns acrss lo carbn transitn-rel sectrs, incl but not lim to renewble powr generatn & transmissn / distributn, circulr econmy, industrl decarbonizatn, or watr & waste mgmt; Understandg sectrs & clnts' strategy & forecastg potentl upcomg transactns w/ cross-bordr angle, & dvlpng pitch books to transfrm these bus opportnities into M&A mandtes; Leveragg in-depth know of Lat America macroecon, regulatry & politicl contxts to source & execute M&A transactns in the regn, incl crossbordr transactns; Mng M&A projcts in autonomy from pitch to closg, incl client mgmt, day-to-day mgmt & mentorg of jr staff, presentatns to top mgmt & boards of directors, & dvlpmnt of timelines & ensurg they are being met; Applyg understandg of corp fin theory in emergg mkts & usg MS Office Word, Excel, & Power Point to perfrm, organize & presnt qualitative & quantitative anlyses; Bldg bus plans & run long-trm valu creatn anlyses for clients basd on their sustainbility transitn stratgy & objectives. *Remte wrk permittd up to 1 dy/wk. Up to 20% travel to Lat America, often on short notice. Sal: $179,088 - $260,000/yr.
