    Description

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or related field
    • Oversight of production planning, facilities, maintenance, capacity planning, equipment utilization, and labor planning
    • 12+ years of manufacturing and operations experience in a defense related organization with focuses on operational scalability, cost control, quality, and on-time delivery
    • 5+ years in a senior leadership role with multi-site responsibility
    • Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, TPM, or continuous improvement expertise
    • ERP/MRP systems proficiency
    • Manufacturing process and production systems knowledge
    • Safety, quality, and regulatory compliance experience (OSHA, ISO, FDA, GMP)
    • P&L management, capital planning, and operational analytics experience

    Responsibilities

    • Lead manufacturing, operations, production planning, facilities, maintenance, capacity planning, equipment utilization, and labor planning
    • Develop and execute manufacturing and operations strategies to achieve production, quality, cost, delivery, and growth objectives
    • Drive Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, root cause analysis, KPI management, productivity improvement, yield improvement, and waste reduction initiatives
    • Manage supply chain alignment, inventory optimization, supplier performance, material availability, demand planning, and production scheduling
    • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements while overseeing budgets, capital expenditures, automation investments, process improvements, and operational performance
