For more information about PRGX, visit www.prgx.com.Job Duties & ResponsibilitiesDevelop and lead the overall marketing strategy aligned with company goals and market trends.Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and identity across all channels.Drive demand generation and customer acquisition through digital, content, and performance marketing.Lead product marketing efforts including go-to-market strategies, competitive analysis, and value proposition development.Manage internal and external communications, including PR, media relations, and crisis communication.Analyze market trends, customer insights, and campaign performance to inform strategic decisions.Build and lead a high-performing marketing team; foster innovation and accountability.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and impact.Manage the marketing budget and ensure ROI on all initiatives.Other duties as assigned.Knowledge & QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.10+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience, including at least 5 years in a senior executive role.Proven track record of directly influencing revenue growth through strategic marketing initiatives.Proven track record of delivering measurable impact on pipeline development, conversion rates, and customer acquisition cost reduction.Strong understanding of digital marketing, analytics, and customer segmentation.Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.Self-starter with the ability to 'roll up their sleeves' and cross-functionally navigate multiple stakeholder priorities or perspectives in fast-paced, dynamic environments.Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, business acumen, and exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.Visionary mindset with a bias for action, passionate about solving real-world problems, and collaborative and inclusive leadership style.Our Commitment to Equal OpportunityPRGX is an equal opportunity employer.
