The VP, Marketing will be the architect of the brand, owning the integrated brand plan, positioning, messaging, and go-to-market approach. They must have a proven track record in formulating commercial strategies, executing marketing campaigns, and driving physician adoption. The role also requires a leader who can build and lead a high-performing marketing team, and who is adept at influencing executive-level stakeholders in complex, cross-functional commercial environments.Candidates for the VP, Marketing position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree as a minimum educational requirement, with an MBA or relevant advanced degree strongly preferred. A background in oncology commercialization, including experience in uro-oncology, genitourinary cancers, immuno-oncology, biologics, or specialty oncology, is essential.
