Our growing team is seeking a Vice President, Marketing to lead the strategy and management of the Marketing function. This role is instrumental in shaping the firm’s strategic direction and executing an integrated marketing strategy that supports growth and brand positioning. **Open to consultant or direct hire.**

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Lead the Marketing Department in the development and execution of marketing initiatives and campaigns that ensure a cohesive brand presence
  • Partner with senior executives to develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy, including defined goals, research initiatives, and measurable objectives
  • Oversee the development, implementation and maintenance of the organization's multi-channel, multi-segment marketing campaign
  • Ensure the internal and external brand is aligned with organization’s objectives and execute marketing plan while effectively managing brand and reputational risk
  • Organize and direct the Marketing Department to ensure all marketing projects are well coordinated and in support of the organization’s strategic objectives
  • Develop policies, procedures, and training programs to ensure efficient and effective marketing operations
  • Analyze marketing ROI and related issues, developing cost?effective solutions to address key marketing challenges
  • Develop and maintain relationships with media contacts, and create positive external and internal brand recognition and image
  • Direct the development, implementation, and maintenance of the organization's website(s), SEO, SEM and online analytics platforms
  • Oversee sponsorship programs that drive brand awareness while supporting community engagement and nonprofit partnership
  • Serve as the central point of contact for all Marketing topics across the organization
  • Perform other duties as required and assigned

Required Experience:
  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university required, preferably in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in planning, managing, and executing multi-channel, multi-segment marketing campaigns, with a strong ability to stay current on industry trends and developments
  • Experience in Financial Services is a must, with broker-dealer experience preferred
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the professional presence to influence senior executives and build effective partnerships across all levels of the organization
  • Strong project management capabilities, with a high level of organization and a proven ability to meet release schedules and deadlines
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively and build high-performing team
  • Highly organized with the ability to multi-task and manage multiple competing priorities without sacrificing accuracy or efficiency
  • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution capabilities

The reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic location. A reasonable estimate of the current hiring range is $175,000- $225,000. Colleagues may be eligible for additional, discretionary incentive compensation based on the colleague's and the firm's performance. Decisions regarding compensation are determined on a case-by-case basis and are dependent on a variety of factors including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
