    Vice President of Accounting

    Location: San Antonio, Texas

    • Lead a talented accounting organization with oversight of Corporate Accounting and multiple business segment controllers

    YOUR TYPICAL DAY...
     
    • Own consolidated financial reporting across multiple business segments
    • Lead the company's enterprise-wide ERP implementation
    • Drive process improvements, strengthen internal controls, and modernize accounting operations currently reliant on manual processes
    • Mentor and develop a team of approximately 15 accounting professionals while partnering closely with business unit leaders and ownership
    • Provide executive-level financial insights to support strategic planning, acquisitions, and continued organizational growth

    YOU HAVE...
     
    • CPA designation required
    • Progressive accounting leadership experience with expertise in multi-entity consolidations
    • Hands-on ERP implementation or major financial systems conversion experience
    • Strong leadership skills with a passion for developing teams and improving processes
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment while partnering effectively with executives and ownership
