Position Summary:
The Vice President for Administration and Finance serves as the Chief Financial Officer for the College and in that role will develop and maintain the strategic and tactical financial structures, controls, and processes necessary to manage the college in conformance with accreditation standards and industry best practices. Primary responsibilities include maintaining fiscal integrity and stability of the College through proper preparation and administration of the College budget; accounting; procurement; student accounts; facilities planning, construction, and operations; human resources and employee relations; institutional technology; risk management; public safety and security and health services. The Vice President for Administration and Finance is a senior level management position, reporting directly to the College President and serves as a key strategic advisor to the President and members of the President's Leadership Team, bringing a financial and operational perspective to institutional strategic decision-making and implementation. The Vice President for Administration and Finance also brings a mission-centered approach to financial and operations leadership helping the college align resources with student success, institutional priorities, and long-term sustainability.

An initial starting salary of $142,600 - $154,600 will be commensurate with education, training, and experience with an excellent benefits package. This position is contingent upon adequate funding.
