Requirements:
• 10 years of progressive ASC or surgical services operations experience
• Multi-site leadership expertise
• Proven success in P&L management
• Operational improvement and growth initiatives
• Strong clinical and operational credibility
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Deep understanding of ASC operations and regulatory requirements
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA, MHA, or related graduate degree preferred
• RN licensure and surgical experience preferred
• Proven track record of effective partnership with physicians and clinical staff
• Strong analytical skills
