Pay Range: $250,000-$275,000 Per Year

Description:
• This leadership role is responsible for the clinical, operational, and financial performance of a portfolio of ambulatory surgery centers in Washington, DC. 
• The position demands strong business and clinical acumen, focusing on physician partnership and operational excellence. 
• The role involves full-time engagement with a focus on improving operational efficiency through innovative technology solutions.

Requirements:
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in ASC or surgical services operations.
• Proven expertise in managing multi-site operations.
• Strong experience with regulatory bodies and compliance requirements.
• Demonstrated success in P&L management and operational improvement.
• Ability to build and maintain effective partnerships with physicians and clinical staff.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Deep understanding of financial drivers in healthcare operations.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA, MHA, or related graduate degree preferred.
• RN licensure and surgical experience preferred.
• Proven track record of effective partnership with physicians and clinical staff.
• Strong clinical and operational credibility.
• Deep understanding of ASC operations, financial drivers, and regulatory requirements.
