Vice President Of Asset ManagementThe Vice President of Asset Management will report to executive leadership and be responsible for maximising the performance of a diversified portfolio including retail, multifamily, office, mixed-use, hospitality, and alternative asset classes. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and third-party operators to drive long-term value creation.Lead the development, review, and execution of asset-level business plans, annual operating budgets, and capital improvement strategies.Drive revenue growth and Net Operating Income enhancement through operational efficiencies, expense management, and value-add initiatives.Present portfolio performance, business plans, leasing activity, and market updates to executive leadership and ownership groups.Evaluate operating performance against market benchmarks and identify opportunities for repositioning, redevelopment, or optimisation.Partner with accounting and finance teams on debt management, refinancing opportunities, covenant compliance, insurance strategy, and disposition analysis.Oversee asset-level financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and investment analysis across the portfolio.Provide leadership, mentorship, and strategic direction to the asset management team while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. MPI encourages applications from minorities, women, the disabled, protected veterans and all other qualified applicants.For the Vice President of Asset Management we are seeking:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related discipline.8+ years of progressive asset management experience within commercial real estate, multifamily, mixed-use, or diversified portfolios.Proven track record of increasing asset value, driving operational performance, and improving property-level financial results.Strong understanding of budgeting, financial modelling, capital planning, debt structures, and investment analysis.Experience working with third-party property management firms, ownership groups, lenders, investors, and brokerage partners.Industry certifications such as Certified Property Manager (CPM) or Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) preferred.Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial analysis capabilities.Exceptional communication, leadership, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.Ability to balance strategic portfolio oversight with hands-on operational execution.Opportunity to join a market-leading real estate investment and development platform with a strong track record of growth.
