The Vice President of Behavioral health provides leadership within the integrated division, vision and oversight of integrated model of substance use disorder (SUD) services, MHOTRS (Mental Health Outpatient Treatment and Rehabilitation Services) RPC and HPC clinics, and CCBHC (Certified Community Behavioral Health Center) federally funded SAMHSA initiatives. The VP ensures quality, integrated, person-centered care that meets regulatory requirements, maximizes funding opportunities, revenue and addresses community needs.

Minimum:
Education: Master’s degree in social work, Psychology, Public Health, Health Administration or related field required; LCSW, LMHC, PhD preferred a minimum of 7 years of progressive leadership in behavioral health
Job Knowledge: Must have a good understanding of NYS OASAS, OMH, and NYCDHMH regulations. Superior written and verbal communication skills are a must. Must be comfortable with various software and technology necessary for performing duties. Successful track record of leading diverse interdisciplinary staff is essential.
