Overview
Savant is seeking an experienced Vice President of Builder & Developer Sales to lead the company''s expansion within the residential new construction, multifamily, and developer channels across North America.
This sales leader will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive growth strategy that positions and drives Savant's smart home platform into production builders, luxury developers, multifamily operators, and strategic channel partners.
Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, this individual will drive revenue growth, establish key national partnerships, and lead a high-performing team focused on Savant''s powerful ecosystem-including smart lighting, climate control, energy management, battery storage, intelligent power, entertainment, shades, security, and AI-driven home experiences-into new residential communities.

Partner with Marketing to develop builder-focused programs, model home strategies, and demand-generation initiatives.
Collaborate with Operations and Customer Experience teams to ensure successful deployment and support.
Work closely with Product Management to align offerings with builder and developer requirements.
10+ years of executive sales leadership experience within residential construction, building products, smart home technology, energy management, HVAC, electrical, or adjacent industries.
Proven success managing national builder and developer relationships.
Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close complex multi-million-dollar agreements.
Experience leading and scaling high-performing sales organizations.
Strong understanding of residential construction channels and go-to-market strategies.
